For clients

Asking for quotes, choosing a company and what happens next.

  • What does Temise cost me?
    Nothing. Asking for quotes is free and you never pay Temise — you pay the company you choose, directly, for the work.
  • How many quotes do I get?
    Up to 3, from verified companies. When the third one arrives the request closes, so you get full attention instead of a directory full of calls.
  • Why are the company names hidden?
    So your choice is about the price and the record, not the brand. The name appears when you pick a quote and that company confirms the job.
  • How long does my request stay open?
    Up to 7 days, or until it has 3 quotes — whichever comes first.
  • Who sees my contact details?
    Only the company you award the job to. The others see what needs doing, the town and your conditions — never your phone number or address.
  • How do I pick one?
    Each quote shows the price, the rating from awarded jobs, how many jobs the company has won on Temise and how fast it usually replies.
  • What is the award record?
    A numbered, dated document issued to both sides when you award a job. It is what ties a review to real work, and your proof of what was agreed.
  • Can I cancel?
    Yes, at any time before you award the job. After that, talk to the company — the agreement is between the two of you.
  • Can anyone review a company?
    No. Only a client whose job that company actually did, and only through the award record. That is why the ratings mean something.
  • Something went wrong with the company. What now?
    Talk to the company first. If that leads nowhere, report the request from its page or write to contact@temise.com and a person answers.
  • Do I need an account?
    Yes, to publish a request and see the prices — it takes about two minutes and costs nothing.
  • Can I follow the job?
    Yes. You see each step (on the way, arrived, done) and, when the company shares it, its live position and an arrival estimate.

For companies

Quoting, the fee, verification and return trips.

  • What does it cost to be on Temise?
    Joining and quoting are free, and during the launch phase there is no success fee either: you keep the whole job. When it starts, it is charged only when a client picks you and you confirm.
  • How much is the success fee?
    It depends on the value of the job: up to $100 → $2.99 · up to $500 → $7.99 · up to $2,000 → $14.99 · over $2,000 → $24.99. Currently waived for every job — launch phase.
  • How do jobs reach me?
    We match your services and the towns you serve, then invite you by email and in the app. At most 3 companies are invited per request, so the odds are real.
  • Do I see the other quotes?
    Never the numbers. You see your position in a blind ranking — first, second or third — so you can adjust without a race to the bottom.
  • How do I win more jobs?
    Reply fast, keep the profile complete with photos of jobs you won, and build reviews. Clients see your typical reply time next to your quote.
  • How are companies verified?
    We check the company registration number, and for EU VAT numbers we validate it against the official VIES service before the profile can quote.
  • When do I get the client's contact details?
    When the client picks your quote and you confirm it, which you have 48 hours to do. The award record is issued at the same moment.
  • Who handles the payment for the work?
    You and the client, directly. Temise never holds your money — the only thing we charge is the success fee on a job you won.
  • Can I publish return trips?
    Yes, and it is free. Publish the legs you are already driving back and clients take the free space, so the empty kilometres pay for themselves.
  • Where does the reference price come from?
    From the distance by road, the tolls, the fuel for the consumption of a van and the driver time in your country. It is a reference, published for everyone — your price is yours.
  • How do reviews work?
    Only clients with an award record can leave one, and you can reply publicly. Nobody can review a company they never hired.
  • Can I leave?
    Yes, whenever you want, from your account. Finish the jobs you have in hand first.
